ravensweptThis weeks prompt was to flip through the dictionary, randomly sticking your finger on a page, then blindly stabbing at a word. Repeat that, and in that order is the title of your prompt. Since I don't have a dictionary, I just went to Wikidictionary and clicked "random" twice. My words, and meanings, were:

“Blasphemy.”
“What? What’s wrong with ketchup?”
“It’s the antithesis to everything good. You are perpetuating a sin. You’re a sinner.”
The two monsters sat in the deli, Plorp glaring at Seg as he continued to squeeze the red bottle. It was the same argument every time they ate there, ketchup versus mustard, and Plorp as always was against it.
“All I’m saying is that it’s morally wrong,” Plorp continued, “Did you know that in some restaurants, they won’t even offer ketchup as an option? They don’t. You know why?”
“Please, tell me for the seventieth time, oh great condiment god.”
“Because they know that it’s wrong. It defiles the taste.”
“Thank you Negative Niver. This coming from the same monster who orders his panda well done, and then drowns the poor thing in ketchup.”
“Hey, don’t bring panda into this, that is totally different! You need it to offset the flavor.”
“As opposed to just getting it medium so some of the, you know, actual flavor is still there.”
“You’re just uncultured and ignorant of the truth. Please, go south of Dexel and just try to ask for ketchup, you’ll be run out of town.”
Seg closed all three eyes and just shook his head. “You know, just once I wish when we come here I could order what I want and not have you lecture me.”
“And I wish just once you’d actually listen to me instead of creating an abomination of food and all that is good.”
“So, you’re telling me you would never ever put ketchup on your human?” Seg waved his bun under Plorp’s three nostrils, giggling as he angrily shoved it away.
“You disgust me."
