Hadn't really thought about it until just now. He seems like he'd stay silent for the most part, not talking it up like Kruger, but when he does talk I think it'd be creepier if he does it with the voice of whoever's face he's wearing at the time. So should the mask have come from a child, he speaks with that higher pitched voice, coming from this tall figure in a tattered coat.
